Service Overview

Concrete polishing is a heavy-duty mechanical refinement process that transforms standard, porous concrete into an exceptionally dense, high-gloss, and wear-resistant architectural asset. This is not a topical paint or sealer that will chip or peel over time; rather, it is a permanent structural enhancement that hardens your existing slab from the inside out, making it an ideal choice for both minimalist residential interiors and high-traffic commercial environments.
Material
We utilize industrial-grade lithium silicate chemical densifiers and premium stain-guards. The densifiers react at a molecular level with the free lime in the concrete to create calcium silicate hydrate (CSH), which fills the microscopic pores of the slab and increases its structural density.
Installation Process Overview
Our process relies entirely on mechanical refinement. We begin with rigorous diamond grinding using planetary grinding machines to shear away the weak top layer of cement dust (laitance) and expose sound concrete. We transition through a sequence of progressively finer diamond-grit tooling (from coarse 30-grit metal bonds up to 3000-grit resin bonds) to hone the surface to your desired level of reflectivity, applying the chemical densifier midway through the process to harden the slab.
Timing
Because this process requires no extensive liquid curing or chemical off-gassing, the timeline is exceptionally fast. Most standard retail or office spaces can be processed and fully reopened for foot traffic within 24 to 48 hours, making it a premier rapid return-to-service option.
Customization
We offer total control over the final presentation of your floor. You can choose your Aggregate Exposure Level (ranging from a clean, cream finish with zero stones showing to a bold, large-aggregate terrazzo look) and your Gloss Sheen Level (from a soft, light-diffusing satin matte to a mirror-like high-gloss finish). We can also introduce UV-stable concrete dyes to stain the slab or incorporate engraved brand logos.
Maintenance
Polished concrete is arguably the lowest-maintenance flooring option available on the market. It requires no waxing, stripping, or reapplying of topical sealers; daily maintenance is limited to dust mopping and an occasional damp mop with a neutral pH cleaner to remove surface tracked sand.
Benefits
This system provides unmatched abrasion resistance and impact durability. It eliminates the "dusting" common in raw concrete, meets strict slip-resistance guidelines when dry, and is highly resistant to moisture vapor drive, which prevents adhesive failures common in tile or laminate flooring.
Value
From a financial standpoint, concrete polishing offers an extraordinary Return on Investment (ROI) by dramatically lowering your annual facility maintenance overhead. Its high light reflectivity can also reduce utility costs by cutting down the need for artificial overhead lighting by up to 20–30%.
